Magical garden

HAPPY MONDAY.

I'm hoping you had a nice weekend.

 It was so beautiful here and it was REALLY time to clean up the garden. It always amazes me how quickly weeds can take over. Our little gnome was in desperate need of a bubble bath=0)

After spending so much time outside I was inspired. 

I would love a magical garden that was always filled with blooms.

A quick getaway for a cup of tea and a scone. Mmmmmmmm.

What will you plant this year? I think I'm going to add some more hydrangeas. The 10th time is a charm...right?!

What a difference a pencil makes

In my world...a new pencil can make my day.

I finally just got tired of sharpening my normal pencils all day long, so I thought I may need to get a mechanical pencil. I didn't think it would make me so happy, but I REALLY love it. The picture above is with my usual pencil and the one below is of the new pencil. I seriously thought I'd hate it, because I use a medium pen to write. I always feel like a fine tip is like nails on a chalk board. I have such a hard time using a calligraphy pen without grinding my teeth. This is TOTALLY different. Super love my Koh-i-noor Hardtmuth mechanical pencil. 

Do you notice a difference?

I CAN'T GET IT OUT OF MY HEAD. It just makes me do all kinds of dance moves that should not be displayed in public...so I'll just do them in the kitchen=0)
