Falling in love with my subject

Buenos dias!

Here is Tiki again. She is a french bulldog and I'm just IN LOVE with her. She looks like she is so comfy. I love her knitted aqua blanket! I though it would be interesting to paint her. The knitting was tricky, but I love the process/challenge. She is all packed up and on her way home and I have to admit that I will miss her little face.

My little assistant wanted to color too. She brought me her subject and I did a quick sketch.

She LOVES these neon coloring pencils I got her. They are super fun!

Knitting on paper

HoLa!

I love to knit and last night I started a new knitting project. This time on paper!

Meet Miss Tiki...she's a little sleepy and would rather we went away. I'm about half way done with her, so I wanted to give you a little peek at her=0) She's a french bulldog and isn't she just so cute?

My other job....

Me-We are going outside to play! Wanna have a four square match? Or hand ball match?

X-I'm busy.

Me-Come on. It's so nice outside and you could use some fresh air.

X-I'd rather play video games.

Me-Your timer will be up in like...two minutes. Then meet us outside?

X-I'd rather read.

Me-Do you fear the wrath of my hand ball/four square awesomeness? It's O.K. to admit it. 

X-YOU OFFEND ME MOTHER. Lets go! AND NO CRYING.

Puppy love

This is a tiny commission of the cutest little dog ever. Up close you can see all the details, but I only had a quick moment before I put on the top coating. Someone is going to have a fun surprise under the Christmas tree=0)

My other job....

X-Santa is so fake.

Me-Why do you think that?

X-How can just one guy go all the way around the world in one night? He stops at EVERY house?

Me-He's very magical.

X-Sound VERY fake to me.

Me-I'm so excited!!! We can watch the Santa gps on line again.

X-That's fake too.

Me-Maybe this year we can leave some fun cookies.

X-In my opinion...it's just so fake. It's my opinion. I can have my own opinion.

Me-Lets make sugar cookies!!!
